Shirehampton to Hotwells, 4.25 miles upstream on the flood tide.
One division starting at 11:00am.
Open to all classes of boat. £8 per seat.
This event is only rowed in one direction. The finish is
about 300 metres upstream of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Crews will then pass through the
entrance lock into Bristol Harbour, disembarking at the City of Bristol Rowing Club. It is
therefore advisable to have a non-rowing driver in your squad. If your driver is rowing in the
race, please advise race control and arrangements will be made to transport such people back to
Shirehampton after the race.
Please state clearly on your entry if you are NOT prepared to race at the next higher available status if your chosen event cannot be run. The race organisers reserve the right to transfer entries automatically to the next higher available status and to assume the agreement of the entrant unless otherwise stated on your entry.
