Rowed to Nowhere...

On Wednesday November 25th, I will be taking part in a rowing marathon along with 71 other strange minded 'Deloitte' individuals, each rowing 26.2 miles on an indoor rowing machine. There will be 9 teams of 8 people from different service lines across my company (I am in team Tax), each competing to raise the most money for our two national charities, NSPCC and Cancer Research UK.
Forget the buttock blisters and calf cramps...it's the thought of spending hours rowing and NOT actually getting anywhere which will eventually kill me... So with this in mind, I am calling on all YOU like minded rowing people to throw all your hard earned money my way in order to encourage me to just....keep....going...grrrrrr!!
