Senior Squad
The squad trains a minimum of five times per week and provides a platform for the club members with a competitive streak! We aim to enter both local and high level regattas and head races with a focus on each major event. Selections take place for the 8's head and again for Women's Henley to allow a degree of consistency but keeping the competition healthily high within the squad.

Novice Squad
The novice squad provides a stepping stone for people new to rowing with the aim of providing a path to the senior squad. Outings are organised by members of the squad but supported by the novice captain. Members are encouraged to try their hand at coxing and assist with the running of the squad and club as much as possible.
Recreational Squad
Recreational rowers are all senior standard of mixed ability who have outings twice per week, numbers permitting. The squad was set up for those who want to carry on rowing but have other commitments too, so outings are put together based on individual's availabilities, whether you're available twice a week or twice a month it doesn't matter. Outings are organised a month in advance by the Recreational Squad Captain. Our emphasis is on enjoying our rowing although we're still very keen to try and hone our skills! We row in fours or eights and occasionally enter races. Members are encouraged to try their hand at coxing and assist with the running of the squad and club as much as possible.
